• Give them a platform and deck
• Show demo of the community

Have conversations starters (Treat it like a party)

• Whatever to get a person to break the ice and get engaged

First Cohort

• Pick 10-20 of the most qualified best customers

  • People we know and trust that we know and will participate in the community
  • Community is not ready yet, we need market research and feedback
  • These people will be a lot more patient with us

• Invite people on a call (Zoom)

  • Show them the “Deck” on the call

    • Why?- Why did we make this community? What are we trying to do
    • What?- What this community is about. Show that it’s bare minimum, it’s not perfect, but we’re going to make it better. This is how we’re shaping it for the better
    • How ?- How can the cohort be valuable and create this community for the better. We want to create the best community, we need your bare and raw feedback. Anything and everything

  • What we’re planning to do with the community

  • How we’re planning on creating and shaping the community

  • CTA- what we want them to do

    • Have them create an introduction post (single thing to get started with)
